Cirque du soleil 

This was one of my favorites and it’s not because of the massive amount of free popcorn I consumed, I swear!! 

Draper hosted a new kind of annual Family & Friends event to highlight the organization as an exciting and fun place to work. Unlike any year in the past, Draper hosted its 2016 event at Cirque De Soleil at Suffolk Downs in Boston, MA; open to all employees, friends and family at no cost.  This was the first Family & Friends Event of its kind and one that is still talked about at the company. 

As a Strategic Planner, I was in charge of all event coordination and logistics, which would host 2,000 attendees. My responsibilities included internal advertisements, seating arrangements, logistics with Cirque De Soleil as well as on-site logistics.
